Option one
Donate a stay
Contribute one week from your existing ownership. You keep the deed and future usage; we place a family in that specific stay. Best for owners who plan to keep their unit.

Option two
Donate full ownership
Transfer the deed or contract to SeaBridge outright. We take on the maintenance fees and future assessments — you walk away, and dozens of families get vacations for years to come.

What we accept
Fixed weeks, floating weeks, points-based deposits, and full deeded or right-to-use ownership from RCI, Interval International, and most resort programs.
The tax piece
You'll receive a fair-market appraisal and 501(c)(3) receipt — usually within 30 days of transfer or deed recording.
Zero out-of-pocket
We cover exchange, transfer, and title costs. You never write us a check to donate.
