For donors

    Resort, exchange system, dates, and a couple photos. Takes about 4 minutes.

    Our team appraises it

    We verify the week and value it against comparable market rentals.

    We handle transfer

    You approve, we coordinate with the resort or exchange company.

    You get a receipt & story

    A fair-market tax receipt within 30 days, plus the photo story after the trip.

For families

    Submit an application

    A parent, guardian, or caseworker can apply on behalf of the child.

    Human review

    A real person reads every application, usually within two weeks.

    Match & confirm

    We match you to an approved week that fits your dates and region.

  4. 4

    Travel

    We send an itinerary, a prep checklist, and a point of contact for the trip.
